Teleposter

Here's another poster i did for my band Teleportoise. It draws it's imagery from a song we're working on right now that's about a witch summoning spirits to reveal the future to our protagonist character. When completed the song will probably be about 14 minutes long.

Had a swell old time sketching some skulls and whatnot at the University of Guelph Bone Room and Anatomy lab. Animal skulls, and skulls in general are so mind bogglingly complex that they're always a blast to draw! I also did some muscle studies. Here are some of the drawings from today.

A fun drawing of my room that i did for the aforementioned weekly challenges. Drawing clutter and the like are usually a pretty fun use of my time...so naturally i enjoyed this.

It was actually a lot of fun messing with the different colours and trying to incorporate some theory into it. The lyrics in the background which i wrote out backwards are from the Neurosis albums "A Sun that Never Sets" and "Given to the Rising".

Reminiscence Page 1

Here is the first page to some graphic novel work. While it is the first of many I'm not sure how many of them I'll be posting. Also due to some feedback I might change the overall font for the word "reminiscence"...but we'll see. I still think it's pretty bitchin'!

So here it is...my first post in several months. I like doing the artwork but keeping up with this electronic business feels tedious...but I'm going to try to do this more often (again).

This image is to be taken at face value...birds are just swell.

Teleprtoise Logos

Here are my final revisions for the Teleportoise logo. My favorite part creating this was the process that it took to get to the final logo. Because of that i'm going to throw in one of the earlier versions for half price!
